CAMBRIDGE KEY ENGLISH TEST (KET)
The Cambridge Key English Test or KET is the first level in the suite of exams organised by the University of Cambridge Local Examinations Syndicate (UCLES). It corresponds to level A2 (Threshold) in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: Learning, Teaching, Assessment.
Cambridge Key English Test candidates should be able to:
- Understand frequently used sentences and
expressions related to everyday life (for example: information about
family and friends, work, shopping, etc.).
- Make themselves understood in simple, routine situations that require limited information exchanges.
- Use simple words to derscribe their background, education, surroundings and other topics related to their immediate needs.
